x11vnc: a VNC server for real X displays
I wrote x11vnc back in 2002 because x0rfbserver was basically impossible to build on Solaris and had poor performance. The primary x0rfbserver build problems centered around esoteric C++ toolkits. x11vnc is written in plain C and needs only standard libraries and so should work on nearly all Unixes. I also added some enhancements to improve the interactive response, add many features, and etc.
Yes, I noticed that non-compiling problem too! Too bad I don’t need x11vnc anymore.

Any Muffins : Recipezaar
*** I made a 2/3 batch with 1 cup cake flour, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp baking powder (ick), 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp cream of tartar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp cloves and 2/3 cup mixed fruit juice, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup almond butter, 1 cup of fruit (2 nectarines, 2 pears, 1/2 banana). I left out the egg due to allergies. It did seem a bit “wet” which is surprising since I used almond butter as an oil substitute and that’s much thicker (although it wasn’t too thick after I blended it with the fruit juice). I had to cook these a long time so they weren’t gooey in the middle, so the batter was indeed too wet. Eh. I think I do better winging it. Maybe with drier fruit this would be nicer. And then again, maybe egg would have done some helpful binding. It’s worth trying once more if the egg allergy goes away.
